About Project

Jim overhauled the Colorado Red Cross’ entire online presence, including the website, backend database, social media presence, and online giving.  As a result, website traffic increased 900%, online giving 300%, and health and safety revenue 15%, all during the recession of 2009-2010.  Jim matched the website to better meet customers’ needs, making the site more functional, more inviting, and more receptive to Google’s ranking system.  See the before and after pictures.
