About Project

For the Australian Post Office, Jim created an online internal communications & culture audit to uncover why Six Sigma was not being adopted by its employees. The audit discovered negative inferred messages were arising from senior staff’s’ behavior. Once corrected, Six Sigma launched successfully and saved the company $300 million in two years.
